Rocco Forte's Hotel de Rome opened in the heart of Berlin in October 2006. It is a stunning five-star property located on Bebelplatz, off Unter den Linden. It is a conversion of an existing building constructed in 1889 by architect Ludwig Heim which housed the head office of Dresdner Bank until 1945. This is one of the few luxury hotels in Berlin located in an original building making use of its full architectural splendor and thereby offering guests an authentic Berlin experience.

All meeting space at the hotel for the IDC European CIO Summit 2014 is exclusive to IDC, its partners, and attendees.

Travel and Accommodation

The Summit delegate package includes 1 or 2 nights’ accommodation (depending on delegates arriving on Sunday or Monday) including breakfast.

All onsite meals and attendance at the Summit Gala Dinner are included.

IDC will arrange executive transfers for CIO attendees to and from all Berlin airports.

We would prefer for delegates to cover their own travel arrangements to and from Berlin, nonetheless IDC is more than happy to cover economy class flights where necessary for delegates coming to the Summit.
